‘Sexual fantasy’ assignment in US school angers parents

The parents of the students are upset with the assignment.

Parents and internet users are criticizing a school in Oregon, United States, for a strange assignment given to its students. X-rated homework requires students to create a “sexual fantasy” using ingredients including feathers, flavored syrup and massage oil.

According to New York Post, Students in a health class at Churchill High School in Eugene were asked to write a short story detailing a “sexual fantasy” involving sex toys, as instructed in a district-approved curriculum.

“You will write a short story of one or two paragraphs. The story is a sexual fantasy that will contain no penetration or oral sex (no way to pass an STI),” the assignment read.

“You will choose 3 items (romantic music, candles, massage oil, feathers, feather boas, scented syrup, etc.) to use in your story. Your story should show that you can show loving physical affection without having sex.” are and can be obtained.

Within an hour after posting the assignment to the social media group, parents had hundreds of comments.

Katherine Rogers, one of several outraged parents at the school, condemned “sexual fantasy” lessons given by teacher Kirk Miller, saying students in the class felt “humiliated, awkward and intimidated”.

Furthermore, Rogers questioned how the district could allow such a project, reported Oregon Live.

“The district reviews these courses before they are approved, right?” He asked.
