Shah Rukh admitted that he has been working on his bowling in recent months. “Having two skills (batting and bowling) is always an advantage. I was bowling well in U-19 and U-23. Shah Rukh revealed that a shoulder injury had restricted his bowling. After regaining full fitness, Shah Rukh is improving his bowling skills. “I am working on traditional off-spin and a stock ball. Whether it is white ball cricket or red ball cricket, I just want to spin the ball as much as I can. If I can spin the ball well with my hand, then the ball and the wicket (pitch) will do the rest. That has been my process,” Shah Rukh said.
On his knack of excelling in tough conditions, Shah Rukh said, “I like matches where there is pressure. The most important thing in these types of sports is to keep yourself cool. I like to do well in all these games. I’ve been doing this for quite some time. I hope to do so in future also.”
