The internet was stunned by the video, with one user writing, “Poland’s electricity company: “Who is using 1.21 gigawatts of electricity?”

Another user commented, “However, along high voltage lines, where it contacts ground, it propagates in a circular gradient, being strongest at the source and weakening as it moves away.” The gap can be so great that a human steps into it.” The field can be cut from electricity because their strides combine a high voltage field and a low voltage field along the shield. They are at a safe distance in this video regardless of the snow, but you should never walk near high voltage equipment that is grounded or damaged, and especially broken lines contacting ground.”

A third user wrote, “My neighbor and I saw something similar in Washington State. Felt sketchy as hell and definitely further along than these guys (and there was also a road between us and the trees/lines) ). Surprised that these people are. Standing up so quickly. There’s just something about people in Eastern Europe that often seem more composed around sketchy shit.”
