Privacy-focused cloud-based messaging app Signal has introduced thread view On Android that will let you see all the replies to a message in one place. However, similar to WhatsApp And WireYou can reply to individual messages on Signal, this can be frustrating as messages and replies start accumulating and conversations become hard to follow.
So, to fix this, the latest update to Signal comes with an optional threaded conversation view. After the update, users will see a new button next to a message that received multiple replies. Tapping the button will take you to a neat view compiling the replies to just that particular message. For now, you won’t be able to add a reply to the thread and will have to actually exit the thread to send another reply to the original message, something that may change in the future with another update.
Signal has just done what other apps have previously offered. AppleFor example, two years ago iMessage brought a similar feature of a dedicated thread view.
Just like Telegram, Signal has also got a new chatbot with its update. It will be part of the user’s chat list and notify them about new features that launch with each new update via mute notifications. If you don’t want it, you have the option to block it.
