TVS Motor Company President Sir Ralph Speth has been recruited as a Fellow of The Royal Society in London. Spieth was elected as a Fellow of The Royal Society in 2020, although he was only admitted to the society at a ceremony on June 22, 2022, delayed due to pandemic restrictions. At the time of his election, Ralph Speth was the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover, a role he stepped down in September 2020 before joining TVS as director in 2021 and taking over as chairman earlier this year.
Speth was elected to the Royal Society in London for his advocacy for UK research and development and his commitment to STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education. The society is one of the world’s oldest scientific academies in continuous existence, founded in 1660 with fellows including Nobel laureates, industry leaders and leaders in science policy.

Sir Ralph Speth was the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover for over a decade before joining TVS Motor Company.

Prior to his appointment at TVS Motor Company, Ralph Speth spent a little over a decade as the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover. He has been credited with transforming the fortunes of the brand globally from an elite manufacturer to the current role as a notable luxury vehicle maker in global markets.
