Arvind Kumar Lal, the sub-divisional officer of Lohardaga Jharkhand, has expressed doubts about the involvement of sleeper cell in the violence between two groups in Hirahi village of Jharkhand. Speaking to ANI, the SDO said on April 15, “Sleeper cells live in different forms in the society and create unrest. We will find such people. I have appealed to the people not to be misled by anyone.” Come and don’t believe the rumours.”
