Coconut Water Mojito
mint leaves – 10
Lemon pieces – 5 Coconut water – 300 ml
soda – 100 ml
ice cubes – 2
Mix it all together. Take it as a cooler.
Benefit: It’s an isotonic, low-calorie super drink to beat the heat instantly.
lassi at its best
Low fat curd – 1 cup
Rock salt – a pinch
Cumin – a pinch
mint leaves – 10
soda – 250 ml
Blend the above together and enjoy this lassi to beat the Mumbai summers.
Benefit: Lassi never lets you down. It has a quick pick-me-up effect.
lemon and lime orange juice
Freshly squeezed cold pressed orange juice – 200 ml
Snowflakes – a few
Cold tonic water – 100 ml
a few slices of lemon
Benefit: Rich in Vitamin C, this is an extremely cooling instant energy booster drink.

She says, “Summer foods are mainly cooling, soothing and refreshing. I mostly use fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits to make easily digestible, nutritious dishes that keep the body cool and healthy. Sweet, fried food should be avoided and should be eaten according to the season.”
Dahi Boondi Green Mango Chilled Soup
to make it: Take half part curd and half part milk. Mix it well together. Add amchur powder (dry amchur) and black salt (a pinch). Pour it into the serving cup. Add grated cucumber. Garnish with boondi, garnish with small pieces of green mango peel. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve this cold.

Cooling Colorful Fruit Salad
what you need:
Dragon fruit
Strawberries
Papaya
Kiwi
Cut all these into cubes.
For dressing – lemon juice, honey, amchur powder (dry amchur powder), pinch of black salt.
Cheese-Vegetable Colored Clear Soup
To make it, heat three cups of water. Add blanched corn, carrot pieces (1 medium sized carrot), 1 tomato (cut into cubes), baby spinach (cut into strings) and a few pieces of green onions. Turn off the gas. Garnish with fresh cheese cubes and cranberries.
