SpiceJet, EaseMyTrip Thai sale deal boosts shares of both companies

EaseMyTrip informs Indian Share Market Quoting exchanges regarding the sale deal, “EasyMyTrip Thai, a wholly owned subsidiary of EasyMyTrip, launched in Thailand in 2021, sells, promotes and markets passenger tickets and other services to travelers in Thailand, effective 1 September.” SpiceJet signs an exclusive general sale agreement with the airline to sell in Bangkok, Phuket, in an effort to establish a strong foothold in the Thai market by opening an independent branded office and catering to the larger travel markets. and will expand SpiceJet’s operations by representing airlines in other locations.
