Stalin’s strong words not enough, DMK dissatisfied in mood to resign after urban elections

Even as Chief Minister MK Stalin asked DMK dissidents to step down as nagar panchayat president and nagar panchayat president, saying they had ‘snatched’ them from party colleagues, the dissidents were in no mood to leave.

However, Sermathurai is in no mood to resign and when contacted, he told IANS: “I have not taken any decision on the matter and will let you know if I do.”
