Kanpur: After the release of Samajwadi Party (SP) Rajya Sabha member Sukhram Singh Yadav the posters Recently, taking pictures of SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, said that “It is a symbol of my love and respect for these two senior leaders. I will be in SP till Mulayam is there.
The SP MP recently launched a poster with photographs of both Mulayam and the Chief Minister on the occasion of the birth centenary of his father and former MP Late Chaudhary Harmohan Singh Yadav.
For the past few days, there were rumors that Sukhram and his son Mohit Yadav might join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). When asked by the media, Sukhram praised the CM for his work, but said that “as long as Mulayam Singh is there, I am with the Samajwadi Party.”
Three days ago, on the birth centenary of Chaudhary Harmohan, a program was organized at Mehraban Singh’s residence in Purva of Kanpur. Leaders of both SP and BJP were present on this occasion.
A poster with pictures of Mulayam and the Chief Minister put up before the event created confusion among the people and apparently in the respective parties of the two leaders.
Sukhram said it was a sign of his love and respect for these two senior leaders.
“BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh is an ordinary person. I have a long association with him. If people like him remain in BJP then BJP’s stature will definitely increase. Son Mohit Yadav has become an adult now. Whatever decision he takes, it will be his only.”
However, he also expressed the pain of his neglect in SP in front of everyone.
He said that things are slowly changing in politics. Without naming anyone, Sukhram said, “There are some people who are arrogant, and who are full of ego. I won’t say much about them.”
