While the survey was going on, this photographer kept giving false facts to the media due to which he was ousted from the survey work, the court said, adding that Ajay Kumar Mishra had admitted the fact. “A person assumes the role of a public servant when appointed as an Advocates Commissioner,” the court said, adding that it was expected that the Advocates Commissioner would perform his duty impartially and honestly, and issued irresponsible statements in public. will avoid doing.
However, Ajay Kumar Mishra performed his duties as Advocate Commissioner in a very irresponsible manner. The court, while ordering the removal of Mishra from the court commission with immediate effect, said, ‘It has become clear in the investigation that the photographer engaged by him kept giving bytes to the media, which is completely against the judicial decorum.
The court further said that special court commissioner Vishal Singh will prepare a report on the work done by the court commission after May 12. Also directed Assistant Advocate Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh to work under Vishal Singh and do nothing independently. Both of them were appointed by the court while hearing the petition for removal of Mishra from the Gyanvapi side.
