To start with the recipe, you first need to make the potato filling. Take a bowl, add 3-4 boiled potatoes and spices like cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, garam masala and more. Once done, mash the potatoes well.

Take two slices of bread, fill them with potatoes and dip them in the besan batter. Fry till golden to perfection. Now cut the bread pakoras into two halves.
