Tandoori Aloo-Keema Recipe: Here’s how to make Tandoori Aloo-Keema

In a pan, add oil, bay leaves, green cardamom, cumin and cloves. Now add chopped onion. Fry till golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and butter. After this add green chili and capsicum. Now add spices: turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, asafoetida and salt. Add mutton mince and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Now add chopped potatoes and tomatoes to it. Let it cook till it becomes soft. Add some water and let it come to a boil. Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
