Tata Tiago NRG range gets a more affordable entry-level XT variant: Rs 41,000 cheaper – Times of India

Bye Introduced a new entry-level version of Tiago NRG range, ie Tiago XT NRG, which costs Rs 6.42 lakh. This makes the Tiago NRG range cheaper by Rs 41,000 as compared to earlier. Earlier, the Tiago NRG was available only with the range-topping XZ variant of the hatchback, with prices starting at Rs 6.83 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom).
Tiago XT The NRG gets dual-tone wheel caps, electric power and tilt adjustable steering, front and rear power windows, infotainment system by Harman, steering mounted audio and phone controls, 4 speakers, Bluetooth connectivity, 14-inch wheels with electric adjustment for ORVM see you. Height adjustable driver seat, digital instrument cluster etc.
The Tiago NRG is powered by the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder NA petrol engine as the standard version of the hatchback. This engine produces 86 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed MT, as well as a 5-speed AMT. Tata offers the Tiago NRG in four different paint schemes namely Cloudy Grey, Fire Red, Polar White and Foresta Green.
apart from this, Tata Motors has also announced a few updates for the standard Tiago XT, XTA and XT iCNG which include 14-inch hyperstyle wheels, height-adjustable driver seat, rear parcel shelf and more. The company has also introduced an optional rhythm pack for the Tiago XT petrol variant which includes features like 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, rear camera and 4 tweeters. The Rhythm pack costs Rs 30,000 extra as compared to the new XT trim. Apart from this, the new XT trim also gets a new Midnight Plum colour.
