On the revenue department, FM Harish Rao said that with the reforms through the Dharani portal, the number of cases related to land disputes has come down to minimum. With the integration of the new registration system with the Revenue Department, there has been an increase in transparency and a check on corrupt practices.

With 24 hours power availability, better law and order, stable and efficient administration, leading national and international firms are showing interest in setting up units in Telangana. So far 22,110 units/projects have been granted permission under TS-iPASS.
In the last 8.5 years, Telangana attracted ₹3,31,000 crore ($40 billion) in investment. Due to this, 22 lakh 36 thousand employment opportunities have been created.
Specifically on the IT sector, Harish Rao said in the budget speech that Hyderabad has set a record in office space utilization as per a report prepared by Oxford Economics. The value of annual IT exports from Telangana increased from ₹57,258 crore to ₹1,83,569 crore, a 220% increase from 2014.
Telangana ranked first with a growth rate of 26.14% in IT exports in 2021-22. IT jobs in Telangana increased from 3,23,396 to 8,27,124. While the number of new IT jobs in the country was 4.50 lakh in 2021-22, Telangana alone accounted for 1,49,506 of them.
Echoing what the industry and IT minister says in almost every form, FM Harish Rao says the world’s top five new-age firms Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook have shifted their offices outside their main campus in Hyderabad have been established. Four of them have established their offices in Hyderabad after the formation of Telangana.
In order to encourage IT industry in Tier-II cities, IT towers have been constructed at Warangal, Karimnagar and Khammam. Such towers at Nizamabad, Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda and Siddipet are under construction and will be commissioned in the coming financial year.

Over the next five years, the Telangana government aims to set up 70 new industrial parks through TSIIC. A 570-acre Green Industrial Park has been set up at Dandu Malkapur for small and medium enterprises. 400 MSMEs have invested ₹1,200 crore. 15,000 people have got employment in this park.
