Of the 142 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), 130 are in the TRS. The party has won 449 out of 538 ZPTC, 431 out of 537 MPP, 3,571 out of 5,816 MPTC posts.

The ruling party is well ahead of the others by winning 1,679 out of 2,849 municipal wards and 117 out of 125 municipal president posts. The party also won 333 of the 661 municipal councilor posts and 13 municipal mayor posts across the state.
