Hyderabad:
The Telangana government on Tuesday issued an order banning private practice for doctors recruiting through direct recruitment.
After the notification is issued on Tuesday, doctors will also not be allowed to practice privately on the posts filled by transfer from the non-teaching side.
The state health department in a release said, “From now onwards there will be a complete ban on private practice for doctors recruited through direct recruitment / private practice after issue of this notification to doctors recruited from non-teaching side. will not be allowed.” Notification.
The notification was issued amending the Telangana Medical Education Service Rules through a Government Order (GO).
