Auto driver Vikram Dantani, who invited Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to his home for dinner, after being seen wearing the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) trademark saffron dupatta and cap at a public rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad , claimed. That he is a fan of Narendra Modi and a staunch supporter of BJP.

When asked by the media, Dantani claimed that he invited Arvind Kejriwal to his home during the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) town hall meeting in Ahmedabad on September 13 as the leaders of the autorickshaw union asked him to do so. .

“I invited Kejriwal for dinner as I was asked to do so by our union leaders. As soon as I offered him to host a meal at his house, Kejriwal accepted it. Not me. Knew it would become such a big issue. Otherwise I am not associated with the party (AAP) at all. I am not in touch with any AAP leader after that incident.

He also mentioned that he and his family have always been supporters of the BJP and that he is a big fan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said, “I have come here (for the rally) because I am a big fan of Modiji. I have been with the BJP from the very beginning and have always given my vote to the BJP. I am not saying this under any pressure. ” Dantani.

On September 13, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a town hall meeting with autorickshaw drivers as part of the Aam Aadmi Party’s campaign. gujarat assembly elections, During the conversation, Dantani invited Kejriwal to his house for dinner, which was immediately accepted by the Delhi Chief Minister.

He along with some local party leaders went for dinner at his modest house in Ghatlodia area in Dantani’s three-wheeler.
