Peter Ninovsky, founder of Tech Company Brandster, is facing an online backlash for a linkedIn post, providing an unpaid training with wider work hours. In his post, Sri Niyunovsky offered a one -year unpaid trading. He said that while the trainee will not be paid for the stent, it would be a big learning opportunity and will also be an opportunity to advise them. His proposal promised a 0 -$ first year salary with a small monthly stipend of $ 500. He also mentioned that the trainee would have to work for five days a week, 8-10 hours a day.
In his post, Mr. Niyunovsky admitted that his proposal seems crazy. However, he explained that it would provide direct access to work with him as CEOs of three multi -million dollars companies. He also justified his proposal by sharing a success story.
In the list of responsibilities, Mr. Niyunowski said that the trainee would get an opportunity to shade him in three companies and get experience on both strategy and execution. Instead of performing meaningless tasks, the selected person will be included directly in high-H-Hiskshi projects. The trainees will also cooperate on the investment of Mr. Niyunovski in the early stage companies.
The CEO wrote, “Be a part of anarchy, solve the problem and define entrepreneurship. Work on some very hot AI projects. We are building history here. I am seriously dead. And you will be part of it,” the CEO wrote.
The entrepreneur further emphasized that he is looking for someone who can work 8-10 hours a week. The person should be curious and have a strong sense of ownership. He also specified that ideal candidates should have some experience with intelligent, hardworking, frequent and preferably, AI.

Since shared, Sri Niyunovsky’s post has gone viral on social media, many users criticized the proposal as exploitation.
“If you manage 3 multi -million dollars companies, it is shameful that it is not able to decide some money to be a payment opportunity,” a user wrote. “I think anyone who is crazy enough to accept this proposal will go crazy enough to start his palace! The other said.
