KOLKATA: Eastern region has registered a growth of 8.4% in power generation till October 13 of the current financial year, while other regions have registered a decline of around 5%. Central Electricity Authority data shown.
All-India thermal Electricity generation was down by 3.6% in the same period while overall generation was down by 2.9%.
