KYV: Thirty-three people were killed on Thursday in an attack on the residential areas of the Russian army schools and a high-rise building in the northern Ukrainian city chernihivofficials said.
Ukraine’s emergency service said 18 people were also injured in the attack, updating an earlier toll.
