Prakash Raj plays a tough inspector named Neelakandan in the film, while actress Priya Bhavani Shankar plays Ranjani, a village girl. Actress Raashi Khanna, who plays the female lead, plays the role of Dhanush’s high school friend Anusha in the film. The film, which has music by Anirudh, cinematography by Om Prakash and editing by Prasanna ji. It is produced by Sun Pictures Kalanidhi Maran.
