With an aim to provide easy access to education for students from all sections of the society, a Jaipur based edtech company is planning to play a constructive role in changing the face of the education sector in the country. Catalyst Group aims to provide education to student candidates from India’s top faculties who have over 10 years of experience in teaching and mentoring in their area of expertise and in this edtech industry.
The Catalyst Group, which had a net valuation of Rs 220 crore in 2021 for Catalyst, is helping students prepare for various top-level exams to kick-start their careers. The company aims to have a turnover or valuation of around Rs 400 crore in 2022.
affordable education for all
The firm aims to make education easily accessible to all and hence provides affordable education to students coming from difficult backgrounds and BPL (Below Poverty Line) families. Parents of many enrolled students are auto drivers, daily wage laborers or labourers, painters etc. 1/10 of the fee demanded by other thriving coaching institutes in the market is taken.
In view of the current pandemic situation, the group had come up with a two flagship scholarship program in July 2021, in which they provided 50 to 100 percent scholarships to students for the courses they wanted to pursue for a lifetime. Students who have lost one of their parents to COVID, are going to UPSC, SSC, GATE, IBPS, CA, CS, NEET, IIT, JEE, NEET, CAT, or even school During the preparation of the students were eligible to apply for this scholarship. Based on the financial status of a student, Catalyst Group also offered 100% scholarship to the student.
The group offers courses to prepare for various exams which include UPSC (CSE/IAS), UPSC ESE/IES, UPPSC/PCS Exams, Defense Services Exams including preparatory courses for CAPFs, NDA, Air Force & Navy and CDS Are included. Exams for IMA and OTA, Intelligence Bureau (IB), etc.
