Have you ever taken two different delicious foods and combined them to create an even better dish? Well, if you haven’t, Chef Summary Goila shows you how to do it. Papad and Samosa are two different things that you enjoy while having different meals. But Summary Goila has turned papad into lip-smacking samosas! hard to imagine? He prepared Corn Cheese Cocktail Samosa using Papad. He demonstrated the entire process in an Instagram video. In the caption, Saransh Goila wrote, ‘We tried Corn Cheese Cocktail Samosa by using papad as a samosa patti.

He further added, “A very important step is to dip the papad with a knife or fork, otherwise it will become soft and wet due to steam formation while frying!”

Here’s the summary of what Goila uses for his Papad Cocktail Samosas:

1) Six papads

To fill:

1) Paneer 100 grams

2) Corn (Blanched) 100 grams

3) Paneer 100 grams

4) Green chili – 2

5) Onion chopped – 1

6) Coriander 2 tbsp

7) Salt 2 tbsp

Process

1) First, halve each papad. Now dip the papad (very important).

2) Fold each semicircle (of papad) into a cone shape. Keep them aside.

3) Now take paneer, corn, paneer, green chili, chopped onion, coriander and salt and mix them all together. This is for filling.

4) Then, take the papad cones and fill them with the stuffing prepared by you. Basically, stuff the samosas and seal.

5) Deep fry on medium flame. Papad Cocktail Samosas are ready!
