Here’s how to make Casio e Pepe Pasta, shared by Chef Summary Goilla:
material:
spaghetti
Black pepper – 3 tbsp
Salted butter – 4 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese – 4 tbsp
salt to taste
method:
Step 1: Toast and Pound the Pepper
Step 2: Take a bowl and put some butter in it. Now grate the Parmesan cheese over it.
Step 3: Add salt and pepper to this butter-cheese mixture. Whisk it properly. Your Casio A Pepe Mix is ready.
Step 4: Meanwhile, Boil Some Spaghetti. PS: Make sure it has a bite.
Step 5: Now, place a portion of boiled spaghetti in a serving dish. Stir two tablespoons casio e pepe mixture into hot spaghetti. Mix it well. You can also add 1 tbsp of pasta water to make it spicier.
Step 6: Serve Hot.
