Sabja Seeds Rose Cooler Recipe I How to make Sabja Seeds Rose Cooler for Weight Loss
Soak sabja seeds in water overnight. Next morning you will see that the seeds are bloated and bigger in size. Simply transfer the seeds to a tall glass. Add some red sugar syrup (Roohfza will work perfectly here) and fill the glass with cold milk. Then pour some more rose syrup and dried rose petals over it.
Rose syrup and rose petals also offer their own cooling properties, making this drink super hydrating to fight the scorching heat.
