List the top five things you love about your body. Instead of focusing on the negative, focus on the positive. Go through the list over and over and remind yourself of the things you love about yourself.
Do good things for your body such as getting your hair cut, taking time to sleep and going to the spa among others. Appreciate the things your body does for you.
Don’t choose specific parts of your body that you dislike. See yourself as a complete person.
Challenge negative thoughts and counter them with positive thoughts. Elevate yourself by appreciating your strengths instead of thinking about your flaws.
