India is all set to celebrate the 75th anniversary of its independence soon (on 15 August 2022). People across the country prepare to mark the day with tricolor flags, national anthem, parades and other cultural events. Restaurants and hotels are also revamping their interiors and menus to maintain the spirit of the festival. One such eatery recently came into limelight when they started serving tricolor food ahead of India’s 75th Independence Day. According to an ANI report, the restaurant located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh is serving tricolor dishes including sandwiches, fried rice and more.

In the pictures, we can see a plate with three colored (saffron, white and green) pasta, sandwiches with colored stuffing, rice with colored dips and noodles with three different sauces.
The report further states that the restaurant is run by a person named Nitish Shukla, who comes from an army background. He said, “I come from an army background, therefore, we thought of doing something different this year. Our dishes are presented to our customers with a touch of the tricolor as this year we celebrate the 75th year of Independence. celebrating.”
