Disturbed by the refusal, TPF arbitrarily sought to organize the rally. and urged the local people. Police should make security arrangements for their program.”
Police said, “They sought permission to hold the event on December 10, but the request was denied by the police fearing a breach of the peace. Later, they sought security for a rally on December 16 without any official permission. Didn’t.” ,
