According to exit poll data from the three states, the Bharatiya Janata Party is set to retain power in Tripura and make a comeback in Nagaland, most likely with an alliance, and improve its presence in Meghalaya.
According to exit polls, the Congress is expected to be wiped out in all the three states. According to Axis My India exit polls, the BJP alliance is projected to win 36 seats in Tripura, while the Left Front will be restricted to only 6-11 seats.
