According to the police, the Fatikroy police station registered an FIR against Samridhi and Swarna on Saturday night following specific complaints of inciting local Muslims and forcing them to make statements against the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) for setting the Pal Bazar mosque on fire. was established for. After this, both the journalists left the district and stayed in a hotel in Dharmanagar, the district headquarters of North Tripura. Some reports say that when the police reached them in the night, they did not get the notice.
