Troubles mount for Liz Truss, UK Home Secretary Suella Braverman resigns

London: Indian-origin Suella Braverman has resigned as Britain’s Home Secretary. Braverman, the daughter of a Goa-born father and Tamil-origin mother, was appointed Home Secretary 43 days after British Prime Minister Liz Truss took office at 10 Downing Street. He had a face-to-face meeting with the first truss after his exit Wednesday And it is not considered the result of disagreement over government policy.
