Sydney: British Foreign Secretary Elizabeth truss On Friday expressed his full support for the besieged Prime Minister Boris johnsonHe said that he is doing a fantastic job and there is no match for leadership.
Speaking at a media conference in Sydney, Truss was asked whether she supports Johnson and whether she will run for leader of the Conservative Party if a contest is called.
“The prime minister has 100% of my support,” Truss said. “I want the prime minister to stay in his job for as long as possible. He is doing a fantastic job. There is no leadership election.”
Truss has been tipped as a possible replacement for Johnson, who has been rocked by scandals over parties at No. 10 held during the strict national lockdown.
