Two black bears rescued by wildlife officials in Kashmir’s Pulwama

Two black bears, which appeared out of nowhere in a village in Kashmir’s Pulwama, were rescued by wildlife officials on Sunday morning.

Ashraf Wani: Two black bears were seen in Pulwama district of South Kashmir on Saturday night, which created havoc among the local people in the village area.

The local people informed the wildlife rescue team at around 4 am. After the rescue team reached the spot, the bear was successfully captured and sent to the rescue center in Srinagar.

According to a member of the rescue team, the operation to trap both the bears was successful in four hours without harming them in any way.
