UCO Bank board meeting scheduled on January 3, 2023 to consider proposal for fundraising
State-owned UCO Bank on Wednesday said it plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore by issuing debt securities. UCO Bank said in a regulatory filing that the bank’s board will consider a proposal to raise Tier I capital in the form of additional Tier I bonds in one or more tranches.
The board is scheduled to meet on January 3, 2023, to take up the fundraising proposal.
UCO Bank scrip closed at Rs 31.45, down 2.93 per cent, on the BSE.
