“Chandan was suffering from brain ailment and was admitted to the hospital sometime back. We got the news of his death on Wednesday. We are in touch with Junior External Affairs Minister Meenakshi Lekhi To get his body back,” said Chandan’s uncle Dheeraj Kumar Daddahoor,
