On this issue, the BJP staged a sit-in in front of the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation headquarters on Friday. BJP leader Kirit Somaiya was present to support the movement.
Somaiya said that if we can legalize illegal slums, then the government should give relief to 2.5 lakh people living in the buildings of Ulhasnagar by implementing the policy immediately.
