The company said in a BSE exchange filing that “The Board has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. one new bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for two existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. /- each fully paid up subject to the approval of the shareholders through postal ballot. The Board has fixed 1st July 2022 as the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the bonus shares.”

7. Ratnamani Metals & Tubes
The company said in a BSE exchange filing that “the Board has considered and recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2, i.e. a new one of Rs 2 each for two existing fully paid equity shares of Rs. Bonus Equity Shares. 2/- each, subject to approval by Members and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals through postal ballot. Further, Bonus Shares will be credited to Members who have the record date Friday, 1st July, Equity shares on 2022.”
The stock will trade ex-bonus on June 30, 2022, and it closed at 2,488.00 on Friday, down 4.44 percent from its previous close 2603.60.
