US Justice Department drafting antitrust complaint against Apple: Report

The US Justice Department is reportedly in the early stages of drafting an antitrust complaint against Apple. The Justice Department has decided not to prosecute the US tech giant. The lawsuit is expected to be filed by the end of this year. Citing a person with direct knowledge of the matter, the report said the department’s antitrust division expects to file a lawsuit by the end of the year.

The US Justice Department has yet to decide whether to sue Apple.
