Sol Kadhi is one of those desi drinks that can instantly give you a dose of energy and freshness with just one sip.

Now, what could be better than swallowing the freshly prepared Sol Kadhi at home? So, we bring you the recipe of Asli Sol Kadhi.
How to make Sol Kadhi at home:
material:
Kokum or Amsol – 6 to 8
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Hot water – 1 cup
Garlic – 2 cloves
Green chili – 1 to 2
Asafoetida / Hing)
rock salt
coriander leaves
Now that you have arranged all the ingredients, follow the steps below to make Sol Kadhi:
Step – 1 Soak the kokum in 3/4 cup water by adding asafoetida and salt. Then keep aside for 3-4 hours
Step – 2 Grind grated coconut along with green chilies and garlic in a blender or mixer with little water
Step 3 – Squeeze the milk out of the thick paste and keep aside
Step – 4 Add another 3/4 cup water to the dry paste and run the mixer again for a minute. Now drain the milk again and add it to the original extract. repeat the process several times
Step – 5 Remove the kokum from the water and add the extracted coconut milk mixture to get a creamy pink sol kadhi.
Step – 6 Let the sol kadhi rest for about an hour and then serve it chilled. You can also season it with coriander leaves
