In the 2017 actress attack case, the victim on Tuesday urged the Kerala High Court to also hear the plea of actor Dileep, opposing further investigation by the police in the matter.

Balachandra had recently made some shocking revelations against Dileep in the case of assault on the actress through the media.
He has also claimed that there is evidence, including digital, to prove that Dileep had influenced the witnesses.
The actor’s latest plea has also sought a declaration that further investigation being conducted in that case was illegal and the trial court was directed to “escaping” it from the record.
