Senior Karnataka Congress leader G Parameshwara told NDTV that he will not refuse if the party high command asks him to become the chief minister. He also said that the high command does not impose its decision on anyone. He also insisted that both DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah should be part of the cabinet.
