Cyclonic storm Biparjoy, which hit the Saurashtra-Kutch region, has moved from ‘extremely severe’ to ‘severe’ category, hours after it made landfall in Gujarat coast, an official said on Friday. The official said that the cyclone has moved northeastwards and weakened into a cyclonic storm and will become a depression over south Rajasthan by evening.
