Dog is man’s best friend and this video proves it. A clip is going viral on the internet in which a dog keeps close to a person suffering from heart disease. However, his service dog stayed with him all the time during the treatment.
A video showing the beautiful bond between Mr Benson and a dog named Magnus is winning hearts on the internet. It shows a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever standing by a hospital bed. The dog can be seen following the man everywhere. The dog also sleeps next to him to comfort him.
In an Instagram post, Mr Benson said his service dog had been allowed to stay with him. “Having him there not only helped me, but it calmed my daughters as well. Having Magnus with me 24/7 meant more to me than he will ever know. I am grateful for my boy. “

Mr. Benson reported that he experienced chest pain and difficulty breathing, later discovering that he had dilated cardiomyopathy. Mr Benson, who has been working out for 35 years, believes the condition was caused by a family history of heart disease and heart attacks at a young age.
“Even though I’ve worked out for over 35 years, eat healthy, run the NYC Marathon, completed several Spartan races, and trained in Krav Maga and boxing, I’m one of those rare cases where A person ‘just’ develops cardiomyopathy. The painful reality is that sometimes you can’t beat your genetics no matter how hard you try. It’s almost like trying to swim; maximum effort with minimal or limited results,” They said.
In a long post, he expressed gratitude towards his friends, family and his dog. She wrote, “Then there’s Magnus. Thankfully he’s allowed to be with me 24/7 as he’s also my service dog. He did what he does best; kept me relaxed and took my mind off the current situation.” Took it. He knows when to give a hug and when to be a little ‘goofy.’ He made the medical staff smile and kept my girls calm too. I love this dog more than he will ever know.”
The video has been viewed over 6.5 million times on the internet. Netizens loved the video and flooded the comments section with lovely messages. One user wrote, ‘So beautiful’.
