The internet slammed travelers for their irresponsible behaviour.
A video of a herd of people getting too close to a tiger to take pictures with the wild animal is doing the rounds on the internet. Shared on Twitter by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Sushant Nanda, the short clip shows a group of men trying to cross a forest road chasing a tiger. One of them is also seen trying to take a selfie with a wild animal without thinking about the consequences.
The tiger was close and the encounter could have been fatal. However, regardless of the danger, the group of men instead of running away kept moving closer to the tiger.
Check out the video below:
Remember that if you see a large carnivore, he will want you to see him. It never wanted to chase. Feeling threatened, a tiger can kill you. Please don’t resort to this wired behavior. pic.twitter.com/e0ikR90aTB

Fortunately, the wild animal ignored the herd of men and went on its way without any harm. However, in the caption, Mr Nanda said that the incident could have gone terribly wrong.
