Amid tight security, Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh has been shifted to Dibrugarh jail in Assam. Singh was arrested by the police from Moga district of Punjab on Sunday morning and was airlifted to Dibrugarh airport in Assam in the afternoon.
