Unfortunately, this is not the first time such an incident has happened. Though the Indian Railways is warning people against boarding or deboarding a moving train, some of them ignore the advice and pay the price.

A few months back, a major accident was narrowly averted at Prayagraj station when an alert Government Railway Police constable saved a man’s life. The person sitting at the gate of the coach fell from the moving train.
