The concept of Indian Thali has crossed the length and breadth of the country. Wherever you are in any state of India, you will find a unique thali with a variety of cuisines from that region. Most thalis serve a mixture of pulses, vegetables, rice and bread. However, recently a unique ‘Bahubali’ thali from Delhi has caught our attention. The huge thali has a plethora of dishes. In fact, finishing this huge thali can even fetch you prize money of Rs. 8 lakhs! The video of Bahubali Thali has gone viral in a matter of days, garnering over 2 million views. The food challenge was from a restaurant called Ardor 2.1 in Connaught Place, New Delhi. In the clip, Rajneesh Giani attempts the challenge with a friend. he was told to finish the whole Plate In just 40 minutes to win prize money of Rs. 8 lakhs.
The nearly 15-minute long clip shows the entire process of bloggers completing the Food Challenge. The huge Bahubali thali included many North Indian dishes. First, the whole Plate was collected. Some of the dishes on the plate were tomato broth, papdi chaat, gobhi matar, dal tadka, kadhi pakora, aloo palak, malai kofta, soya chaap masala, kadhai paneer, dal makhani, dum aloo, saag and paneer tikka masala. Veg biryani, steamed rice and assorted breads complement the meal. Papad, salad, raita and pickled onions could also be seen in the plate. Jaljeera and rose syrup were also given in the form of a drink in the plate. There was also a portion of Gulab Jamun for sweets.

Every state and region of India has its own unique plate.
The bloggers managed to complete the food challenge in the stipulated time, thus winning the prize money of Rs. 8 lakhs. He celebrated his victory, but said he would donate prize money for a donation.
