Viral Video: Korean blogger tries out Indian drinks like Chai, Lassi and more

Delicious Indian cuisine holds a soft spot in the heart of every desi foodie. From north to south, east to west – the country has countless and delicious cuisines. Not only the food, but Indian beverages also have a plethora of options to choose from. Indian drinks help us stay hydrated and also cool us down from within. Recently, a Korean blogger tried several Indian drinks and gave her reviews about the same. The video went viral and became the subject of much discussion online. Watch the full video here:

First, the blogger started tasting the classic Indian tea. “At first I didn’t understand why Indians are so crazy about tea. But after a sip I changed my mind,” he said in the video. “A little sweet and healing,” he said. He also said that it made him dance with a random guy in the street!

next, korean blogger Tried sweet lassi made from curd. He said that the drink made him ‘speechless’ as he loved curd and thus enjoyed lassi as well. Third, on the list was nimbu pani or Indian lemonade. The blogger said that he prefers Korean lemonade to Indian lemonade. And the last one was Jaljeera which was made from Indian spices, but the blogger said that it was not spicy at all.

Jaljeera was also one of the drinks that the blogger tried.

Foodies reacted to Korean blogger’s review of the Indian drink. “Well, that’s an acquired taste,” said one user in the comments, while another added, “When that last drink I was literally going “NOW!” IndianI know not everyone can handle that drink!” Another wrote, “Thanks for coming to India and trying our food and responding!”
