An undertrial prisoner was seen cutting a birthday cake inside the police van. The incident was caught on camera inside the court premises in Kalyan. Thane Rural Police started investigation after the video went viral. The undertrial prisoner has been identified as Roshan Jha. He has seven serious criminal cases registered against him.
